What counts as a billable minute?
A billable minute is any time a Jessie Connect receptionist is actively handling a call on your behalf — answering, speaking with your caller, taking a message, or completing a task related to that call.
What happens if I go over my included minutes?
If you exceed your included minutes, additional time is billed at your plan's per-minute rate. You'll always be notified before you're charged for overages.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
